Bart and Cindy Ehrenkranz are founding members of Young Israel of Memphis, where Bart is a two-term past-President. Bart attended the Yeshiva of the South, and after studying at Itri (Israel Torah Research Institute) in Jerusalem and Torah Vadaas, he moved back to Memphis and made it his home. There Bart and Cindy married and committed themselves to community work, becoming active members of vital Jewish organizations. Bart served the Jewish Family Service in various capacities; he is also a member of the Professional Advisory Group of the Jewish Foundation of Memphis and a Board Member of the Margolin Hebrew Academy. Bart is Brokerage Manager for Katz Life Group. Cindy, a native of Memphis, is a graduate of the University of Memphis. She has taught Limudei Kodesh at the Margolin Hebrew Academy for the past 13 years, and is active member of their Ladies Auxiliary and a valued member of Young Israel N’shei group. Bart and Cindy are the proud parents and grandparents of eight children and three wonderful grandchildren.
